HELIX sciences provides chemical and laboratory supplies, including research compounds and formulation materials (“Products”), intended solely for laboratory research and formulation development purposes. Our Products are not intended for, and must not be used by, individuals under the age of 21 or for any purpose other than legitimate research or formulation activities. All products sold as research materials are not to be used in humans or animals, nor incorporated into any product intended for consumer use or resale without appropriate regulatory approval.

It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions regarding the purchase, possession, and use of our Products in your jurisdiction.
3. Prohibited Use
The sale or use of our Products for any purpose other than legitimate laboratory or formulation research is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, human consumption, injection, medical use, therapeutic use, or any diagnostic or clinical application.
Any misuse, mislabeling, or resale for non-research purposes will result in immediate account termination, and HELIX sciences may cooperate fully with applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities
4. Product Information and Use
All products are sold for laboratory research or cosmetic formulation purposes only. They are notapproved for human or animal consumption, medical use, or diagnostic testing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe handling, storage, and disposal of all products purchased.
HELIX sciences does not provide medical advise. Any product information, descriptions, or resources provided on our website are for educational or informational purposes only.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from within the United States. HELIX sciences currently ships domestically within the U.S. only.
Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and order volume. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping and delivery comply with local laws and regulations.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except where required by law. This policy ensures the integrity, safety, and quality of our peptides and other materials, as we cannot guarantee proper storage or handling once products have left our facility.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your case and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or credit, at our discretion. Refunds will only be issued where required by law.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
HELIX sciences provides its products with the utmost care and quality but makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement under UCC §2-316. All products are sold as-is for laboratory and research use only.

You acknowledge that use of our products is at your own risk. HELIX sciences assumes no responsibility for compliance with local, state, or international import, chemical, or biosafety regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HELIX sciences shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, handling, or misuse of its products. In all cases, Helix Sciences’ total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the HELIX sciences website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of HELIX sciences and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Benton County Circuit Court or the Western District of Arkansas.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Helix Sciences regarding the purchase and use of our Products. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
