Returns & Refunds

All Sales Final

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. This policy protects the integrity, safety, and quality of our materials, as we cannot verify storage or handling conditions once products leave our facility.

Order Issues & Claims​

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact cs@helix-sciences.com within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Include:

  • Clear photos of the packaging 

  • A photo of the product vial or container with the label visible

  • A brief description of the issue

  • SUBJECT LINE: Order Claim – #[Order Number]

​TIP: If the package appears to be damaged, take a photo first before opening. Keep all packaging and product materials until your claim is resolved. Disposing of them may delay or void eligibility.​​

After review, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are only provided when required by law.

Claim Eligibility

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery scan.

  • Items reported lost or stolen after confirmed delivery are not eligible for replacement.

  • Delays caused by the carrier, including weather, volume, or operational issues, are not covered.

  • All orders are photographed and documented before shipment to verify accuracy and prevent fraudulent claims.

HELIX sciences may deny or limit replacements if evidence is incomplete or conflicts with carrier documentation.

If there’s ever a problem with your order, please reach out to us first. We will review the details quickly and work with you to find the best solution. Most issues can be resolved directly and efficiently through our support process.
