Cagrilintide
Investigational Peptide | Long-Acting Amylin Analog
Description:
Cagrilintide is a next-generation peptide designed to mimic and extend the effects of amylin, a natural hormone released alongside insulin. Research suggests it helps regulate appetite, digestion speed, and energy balance by acting on key receptors in the brain and digestive system.
How It Works (Research Insight):
Studies show that Cagrilintide may increase feelings of fullness and reduce food intake by slowing how quickly the stomach empties and by influencing hunger-related brain signals. When studied in combination with GLP-1 peptides such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide, researchers have observed even greater effects on weight management and metabolic control than either agent alone.
Research Use and Characteristics:
-
Half-life: Approximately 7 days (supports once-weekly administration in studies)
-
Studied Dose Range: 0.3 mg – 4.5 mg weekly (2.4 mg commonly used in trials)
Important Note:
Cagrilintide is a research compound. It is not approved for human or veterinary use. All products are intended for laboratory research purposes only.

DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide)
Research Peptide | Neuroregulatory Compound
Description:
DSIP is a naturally occurring neuropeptide first identified for its potential role in sleep regulation and stress modulation. Research has focused on how DSIP may influence sleep patterns, hormone secretion, and the body’s response to stress by interacting with multiple areas of the central nervous system.
How It Works (Research Insight):
Experimental studies suggest that DSIP may help normalize sleep cycles, particularly by promoting restorative slow-wave sleep and reducing sleep disturbances. It has also been studied for its potential effects on cortisol regulation, growth hormone release, and adaptation to physical or emotional stress. Ongoing research is exploring whether it plays a broader role in neuromodulation, oxidative balance, and pain perception.

Research Use and Characteristics:
-
Half-life: Short (rapid onset, brief duration)
-
Studied Dose Range: 100 – 500 mcg subcutaneously in research models
Important Note:
DSIP is a research compound. It is not approved for human or veterinary use. All products are intended for laboratory research purposes only.
